Doxa was born out of the need to create an energy-efficient workspace for businesses of all sizes, the co-founders’ cumulative work experience across various industries was a key factor in the establishment. Infrastructure does play a major role in creating a healthy work atmosphere, at Doxa they understand the necessity of having a balanced workspace for people to work on, providing them with chic workspaces 24×7 that do more at less. Being a part of the start-up ecosystem, the co-founders understand this much better than anyone else in the industry. Therefore, with the vision to enrich the right office-culture experience to start-ups, SMEs, and corporate, at an affordable cost premium office space for rent, in 2014 the quintet’s common concern to the issue led to the establishment of Doxa Business Centre.
The first major task while initiating the pioneer center was targetting the right locality to build the center upon, After wide research and number of surveys they narrowed down the location and the perfect building with the right amenities, After which they were set upon the herculean task of designing the perfect workspace best suited for startups, SME’s & corporates. They decided to leave no stone unturned, it was a daunting mission to create such a workspace but they managed to deliver it with the combined experience of all the co-founders.
The co-working space market is a forever evolving industry with the influx of the millennial startup ecosystem, here they strive upon their abilities to meet with the demands & needs of the new-age companies that require pristine workspaces. They provide them with all the amenities & clean technology for their businesses to thrive.
Doxa continues to evolve & grow at a substantial pace to agree with the market. The mantra to withstand the influx of competition has been “Officing round the clock”, Their USP first is that they provide access to the centers 24×7 with all the features intact.
Doxa has grown multi-fold since its inception, they are currently present in 4 locations & 2 cities covering roughly above 60,000 sq.ft of enriching workspaces having 1500+ seats spread across the locations. All of their centers cater to businesses of all sizes and range. To name a few “Times Now” “Ness Technologies” “KSV Constructions” “Lumina Datamatics” are anchor clients to them.
The roadmap that they’ve laid ahead for Doxa in 2020 is to design ergonomic workspaces covering the major cities in south India while looking ahead to achieving a pan India expansion shortly after.
